Returns & Refunds
We build gear that has to survive gyms, streets and airports. If your SMORK isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Condition
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags and included accessories. We can't accept items showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or missing components.
How to start a return
Email info@smorkofficial.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with a return authorisation and the correct return address.
Please don't ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without authorisation may not be traceable to your order, and we can't guarantee a refund on them.
Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: you cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend a tracked service — you remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we cover return shipping in full, and we'll replace or refund it.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (faulty, damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Orders cancelled before dispatch
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Discounted and promotional orders
Items bought using a promotional code are refunded at the price actually paid, not the full retail price.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits alongside — and does not limit — any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
